Ingredients

Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, crossbound sodium carboxymethylcellulose), maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster Aiton.), glazing agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol) niacinamide, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), calcium-D-pantothenate, methylcoba lamin, long pepper extract (Piper longum L.), cholecalciferol, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin. Usage

Take 1 tablet morning and evening daily with a glass of water. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Caution: Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Warnings: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
